Native New Yorker, but I’ve also lived in Connecticut, NorCal, SoCal, and in a converted van.

A former manager asked me what would make me happy (at work) and I said, “Operational excellence.” A functional and efficient production workflow is essential, but the culture of the team is equally important. My hope is to build something with each role in mind, tailoring it to become something that seamlessly fits together, and a lot comes from understanding key players, the responsibilities they fulfill, and how that makes the production engine run. Intentional community building is “the secret sauce” to the success and sustainable growth of a project.
